Bookings & Cancellations

Once you make a booking, you will receive two or more online forms to complete via email. One form will be a medical questionnaire, and the other will be a treatment consent form. Please fill out these forms as soon as possible to ensure that your treatment products are ordered and any prescriptions are placed and delivered in time for your appointment. If you encounter any difficulties completing the forms, please contact me at 07764497615 or email hello@skintonicaesthetics.com so I can assist you. 

If you have booked a course of treatments, full payment must be settled at the first treatment appointment. 

If you are booking a course of treatments, you can schedule your follow-up appointments during your initial visit.

Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the treatment date. Please contact me directly by message or email. All deposits are non-refundable. 

The salon is attached to my home at the end of the driveway. There is plenty of on-street parking. Please arrive promptly for your appointment as there is no waiting room for other clients. Please be considerate of our neighbours.
