Important Information

Subscriptions are for 12 months and can be cancelled at any time. Any monies already paid will not be refunded. Subscriptions are non-transferable, and treatments are intended for the subscriber's use only. Monthly payments will be automatically deducted through Square payments; any missed payments may result in the cancellation of the subscription.

For the Anti-Wrinkle Subscriptions, the monthly payment is for 9 months to ensure 12 months of effective treatment. The two-area subscription includes the forehead and frown lines. The three area subscription includes the forehead, frown lines and crows feet.

Once signed up for a subscription, you will receive a link to register for monthly payments, and you will also be contacted to arrange a date and time for your first treatment.

Any remaining deposit payment will be taken at your first appointment.
